Description

The smaller sister to Alta Galdana, equal distance from the beach but enjoying a peaceful view of the river, all apartments have 1 bedroom but with a spacious lounge can sleep up to 4 people in total. Apartments are on the ground or first floor but you will need to climb a staircase to reach the property.

Each apartment offers 1 bedroom sleeping up to 4 people (+ infant), bathroom, kitchenette, lounge/diner and terrace. (3rd and 4th guests sleep on the sofa in the lounge)

Accommodation

All 16 apartments (8 on the ground floor, 8 on the first floor) face the river and stand alongside the communal swimming pool and sun terrace.

Each apartment has one bedroom (some apartments have double beds, others have 2 single beds, all have space for one cot); bathroom, lounge/dining area with kitchenette and terrace. Additional guests will sleep in the lounge on the L shaped sofa.

The kitchenette offers the basic facilities to prepare meals; electric hob, microwave, fridge, capsule coffee machine (‘Nespresso’ size pods), kettle and toaster with a small selection of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery & glasses.

Every apartment has a television and wifi (free of charge) and its own balcony.

The swimming pool and terrace is open 7 days a week (opening hours confirmed on arrival).

Due to its location it is necessary to climb stairs to enter the complex so we do not recommend the apartments for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.

Lounge/dining area : sofa, dining table, dining chairs, TV. Please note that the L shaped sofa is where the 3rd/4th guest will sleep. The sofa cannot be made into a double bed and sheets will only be provided if your booking is confirmed for 3 or 4 people.

How many people can stay in an apartment?

A maximum of 4 persons + 1 infant

Does the apartment have a sofa bed?

Yes. The sofas in the lounge are where the 3rd/4th people will sleep. Please note that the sofas cannot be made into a double bed and bed linen and towels will only be provided if your booking is confirmed for 3 or 4 people.

Can you provide a cot?

Yes but this must be booked in advance. There is no charge.

Are sheets & towels included?

Yes. We will supply bed linen and bath towels for the total number of persons on each booking. We do NOT supply pool towels and kindly request that you do not use towels from your apartment by the pool.

Do you offer daily / weekly cleaning?

No. Your apartment will be cleaned in preparation for your arrival and cleaned at the end of your stay (at no extra charge). We do not offer additional cleaning or sheet/towel changes.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes. Each apartment has an air conditioning unit (hot & cold) in the bedroom, which is operated by remote control. A free-standing fan is provided in the lounge.

What time can I check in?

Check in is at 16h. Check in before this time is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge.

What time do I have to check out?

Check out is at 10h. A late check out is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge.

Do I need to advise you of my arrival / departure time?

Yes please. This allows us to accurately indicate at what time you will be able to check in and out of your apartment. The best way to provide us with this information is by WhatsApp or email.

Do you have a luggage room where I can leave my suitcases if I arrive early or leave late?

We do not have a left luggage facility.

How much is the local tourist tax and how should I pay?

A sustainable tourism tax was introduced in 2016 and is charged on all overnight stays. The rate is calculated according to the official category rating of each establishment and collected locally. Children under the age of 16 are exempt.
