Lovely stay, great location and a nice bungalow with kitchen, bathroom, washer, etc. Close to sea, and close to bus links. We did also have a scooter rented which made the location more accessible for us but bus seemed to be regular anyway if we needed it.

👍 Relaxing, whilst still close to Ciutadella. Very well priced

☺Lovely stay, great location and a nice bungalow with kitchen, bathroom, washer, shared pool access etc. Close to sea, and close to bus links. We did also have a scooter rented which made the location more accessible for us but bus seemed to be regular anyway if we needed it. Very easy self checkin/out and contact was very straightforward and easy.

In a week's stay, we didn't see anyone cleaning or tidying the common areas, everything was very neglected.

We had to buy basic things like kitchen roll, coffee capsules (there should be at least some), shower gel, toilet paper (there wasn't enough for 3 people for 1 week), and all-purpose cleaner to clean the bathroom. Things were broken: the ironing board, the coffee maker stopped working on the first day, the washing machine leaked a river every time we used it, the sink was dripping every day, as if the tap was running even though Menorca was in a drought, the pans were warped from age, the air conditioners were very noisy… The mattresses were who knows how many years old, but with rock-hard springs. We spoke to a family staying in the next apartment and they were in the same situation. When we left, we left them all the things we had bought so they could use them; they didn't even have enough cutlery. I think the apartments aren't cheap for the condition they're in, which is a real shame. The whole thing was a disaster.

Absolute neglect, it's a shame to see how this accommodation has been allowed to deteriorate ☺ The Wi-Fi and air conditioning ☹ We stayed in this same bungalow in 2018 and, eight years later, we can confirm that the only improvement has been the installation of air conditioning, a much-needed and welcome addition. However, it's clear that the rest of the accommodation has received hardly any maintenance. During our stay, we encountered, among others, the following problems, all documented with photographs: Broken chairs. Poor quality pool water. The supposed kitchen extractor hood is just a hole in the ceiling, without any kind of extractor fan. None of the doors open or close properly; they all rub together, and some require considerable force to open. The ceiling fan is worryingly unstable. The washing machine continuously sprays water from the inlet tap, like a sprinkler. The refrigerator door wouldn't close properly. We had to keep it closed by placing a mop against the door to create pressure. Even so, it couldn't maintain a suitable temperature, and we had to throw away several food items because they spoiled due to the lack of refrigeration. The TV antenna kept losing signal. Two unwanted insects appeared (I prefer not to include photos of them). The most disappointing thing is discovering that, after so many years, the overall condition of the bungalow reflects a complete lack of maintenance. We're not talking about isolated defects, but basic problems that should have been fixed long ago. It's a real shame because the location and proximity to Ciutadella give this accommodation enormous potential. However, the feeling is that the owners have chosen to continue operating it without making the minimum investments necessary to maintain acceptable standards. For our part, unfortunately, this will be the last time we stay here.
