The Ses Malves bungalows offer simple self catering accommodation just a short distance from Cala’n Blanes beach and only 5km from the centre of Ciutadella.

Description

This is where our business started in 2010. The 4 apartments, positioned in a line all on the ground floor provide an excellent base from which to explore.

Each bungalow has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, lounge/diner, tv and free wifi with a communal pool and BBQ.

Accommodation

Each bungalow has two bedrooms (1 double bed with space for one cot and 1 smaller room with 2 twin beds); bathroom, lounge/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and terrace.

The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave, large fridge, capsule coffee machine (‘Nespresso’ size pods), kettle and toaster with a small selection of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery & glasses.

Each bungalow has a television and wifi (free of charge) and its own individual terrace with a table and chairs.

During the winter months of November through to the end of March the swimming pool is closed. From April to October the swimming pool is open 7 days a week (opening hours confirmed on arrival).

Yes but this must be booked in advance. There is no charge.
Yes. We will supply bed linen and bath towels for the total number of persons on each booking. We do NOT supply pool towels and kindly request that you do not use towels from your apartment by the pool.
No. Your apartment will be cleaned in preparation for your arrival and cleaned at the end of your stay (at no extra charge). We do not offer additional cleaning or sheet/towel changes.
No but fans will be provided.
Check in is at 16h. Check in before this time is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge.
Check out is at 10h. A late check out is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge.
Yes please. This allows us to accurately indicate at what time you will be able to check in and out of your apartment. The best way to provide us with this information is by WhatsApp or email.

We do not have a left luggage facility.
A sustainable tourism tax was introduced in 2016 and is charged on all overnight stays.  The rate is calculated according to the official category rating of each establishment and collected locally. Children under the age of 16 are exempt.
