Villa Carolina was built in 1993. It is a house situated on a plot of 1100m2 with 270m2 built, surrounded by a beautiful private garden and a big swimming pool.

The property is located in the residential area of Son Xoriguer, on the 2nd line of the sea and only 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, 5 minutes to an area with a shopping centre, and 10 minutes to the lake of Cala’n Bosch, where most of the shops, bars, and restaurants are located.

  • 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower room and a/c.
  • 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and also with a/c.
  • In the corridor is the second bathroom of the house with a bath and shower.
  • A laundry room with a small patio for drying clothes.
  • Next to the swimming pool in the outside area, we find the 3rd bathroom with a shower.
  • Outdoor pergola with a dining area.
  • At the end of the garden there is a small wooden house with a 2nd complete kitchen.
