Description

The plot is about 500 m2 and the total floor area of the house is 135 m2. The villa is modern in style and has a car park for 3 cars.

The exterior terrace is shaded by a wooden pergola that leads to the swimming pool. At one side of the house you´ll see a bricked barbecue. A nice well keep garden is surrounding the villa.

Interior ground floor

  • Living room with dining area which leads out onto the exterior terrace and into the kitchen.
  • The fully equipped kitchen is long and with access to the rear garden.
  • One double bedroom with access to the rear garden.
  • Bathroom with shower.

  • All the bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning and are fitted with wooden wardrobes.

Interior first floor

  • The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is large and comfortable with enough space for a cot and also for another bed for a child.  
  • 2 further bedrooms with twin beds each, suitable for 2 children or 2 adults.
  • The 3rd bathroom with a shower is also found on this floor.
  • All the bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning and are fitted with wooden wardrobes.
